We are based in the United Kingdom and shipping charges are worked out slightly differently depending on your location, to give the best possible price.
UK Customers
You will be charged a single Post & Packing flat fee of only £1.50 per order.
VAT at 17.5% will be added and shown on your order (please note, we don't display VAT prices in the store - this is not a sales ploy, but because many of our overseas customers do not pay VAT).
EU Customers (outside the UK)
This is just a basic £1 handling fee + £0.75 postage charge per item.
In Euros this is approximately a €1.66 handling fee + €1.25 per item.

Rest of the World - inluding the USA & Canada
For customers outside the UK/EU, international shipping is calculated by weight as follows:
• Weight up to 250 grams (approximately 9oz): £2 (approx. US $3.50)
• Weight from 250 to 500 grams (approx. 1lb 2oz): £4 (approximately US $6.50)
• Weight from 500 grams to 3 kilograms (approx. 6lb 10oz): £5 (approximately US $8.30)
Please note, you can always check your shipping charges when you go the checkout before paying.
Above this weight is really heavy and unusual, but in case you need it:
Weight above 3 kilograms (above 6lbs 10oz): £10 (approximately US $10.60)
Returns, UK Distance Selling Regulations & Your Right to Cancel
Under the above regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of the items you receive within a period of 7 working days (actually, we go further and actually allow up to 14 days), beginning with the day after the day on which you received your order. Items must be unopened, with any seals on products intact.
However, you may wish to contact us first by email if you are unhappy with your order in any way, and we will do our best to resolve any problem you may have.
If you wish to cancel the contract on delivered goods, please return the delivery slip that came with your order, giving the reason for the return as either "Contract Cancellation" or specify the reason why you're returning the item(s). Please package the unopened item(s) carefully and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 14 working days from the day after you received your order.
We recommend using a recorded-delivery service when returning goods, as of course we can only exchange or refund items that we have received. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless we have delivered an item in error. As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will arrange for a refund or exchange as requested.
